Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hopper Flow LLC ("Hopper," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use Hopper or visit hopperflow.io.
Information we collect
We collect:
- account information such as name, email, login identifier, role, and organization;
- organization and subscription information, including billing status and Stripe transaction references;
- marketplace shipment, box, item, pallet, label, and connected-account identifiers from Amazon or Walmart;
- scan, print, audit, exception, and user-action events;
- print-agent and station information, including machine and printer names, software version, and health data;
- support communications; and
- technical information needed to operate and secure Hopper, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and essential cookie data.
We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Stripe handles payment details through its hosted services.
How we use information
We use information to provide shipment, scanning, printing, audit, and account features; authenticate users and protect Hopper; connect to Amazon and Walmart at your direction; process subscriptions; provide support; monitor reliability; diagnose problems; improve the service; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.
How we share information
We share information only as needed with:
- Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure;
- Fly.io for backend hosting;
- Vercel for website and frontend hosting;
- Stripe for subscription billing;
- Google Cloud Vision for OCR fallback processing; and
- Amazon and Walmart when you connect those platforms and direct Hopper to exchange data with them.
These providers process information for their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Hopper uses essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, and core functions. We do not use advertising cookies. If optional website analytics are enabled in the future, we will update this Policy before describing or using them.
Retention and deletion
We generally retain account and operational information while your account is active and as needed to provide Hopper, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records. You may request account deletion. We will purge eligible data after verifying and processing the request, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and California rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. California residents may also have rights to know the categories and specific pieces collected, request correction or deletion, and receive information about disclosure practices. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Because Hopper does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
Email requests to info@hopperflow.com. We may verify your identity and authority to act for an organization. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits.
Children
Hopper is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
International use
Hopper is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.
Changes
We may update this Policy. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a material change takes effect, such as by email or an in-service notice.
